With customizable content and several certified AHA courses available, we make it easy for busy schedules to fit in and learn these critical skills without having to leave your home. Certified courses are available in a blended eLearning and in-person format.

Everyone CAN and SHOULD learn how to save a life in an emergency. With the ability to learn at your own pace and in a familiar environment, you can feel confident and prepared in the event of an emergency.   • Family & Friends CPR

    The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible. This is not a certified course. If you need a course completion card, please see either the Heartsaver or BLS class, to determine which class fits your needs.

  • Heartsaver Course

    The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory, or other requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency. Course completion card is good for 2 years.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

    The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings. Course completion card is valid for 2 years.

  • Group Session

    Learn and practice life-saving techniques in a supportive and collaborative environment. By working together, large teams will gain confidence and skills that can help them respond effectively in emergency situations. Please send me an email to discuss specific needs and class size.
