ABOUT ME

Hi everyone, and welcome to Confident Hearts KC! I’m so glad you’re here. I am a mama of two, a Registered Nurse for 10+ years, and a Certified Pediatric Nurse. I am an Authorized Instructor for the American Heart Association (AHA) and my purpose here is to provide in-home life-saving education for caregivers of all kinds!

I offer in-home sessions, to make learning these skills more comfortable, convenient and accessible.

My goal is to give you the confidence to know how to intervene in an emergency, and a calmer heart, knowing that you have the knowledge and the skills to save your baby or child’s life… or even your partner or a stranger! Include your circle in these trainings and gain confidence leaving your children with your mom, dad, babysitter, grandparent, or any other caregiver, knowing that they would be able to save your child’s life, if needed.

I know this is an uncomfortable topic. But it is such an important one. YOU can save a life. These are skills that everyone CAN and SHOULD learn. And I can teach you, in the comfort of your home.
