Welcome! Our in-home or on-site CPR training program offers a convenient and comfortable way to learn and practice hands-on CPR, choking relief, AED use and first-aid skills. Our goal is to leave you feeling empowered, prepared and capable in the case of an emergency.

We use an interactive, hands-on method to educate caregivers on how to properly perform these skills. Our goal is aimed at creating confident minds and calm hearts, so that you are capable of intervening effectively when necessary.     I really could not recommend Confident Hearts KC enough! Thankfully, my husband and I haven’t had to perform CPR or the Heimlich on any of our young children so having these basic life saving skills in our back pocket was not at the top of our priority list. We always knew we should know how to perform these skills but we never felt we had the time to take any sort of training. Lyndsay made it easy for us and explained the training to us in terms that both of us could understand and remember. During our one hour session, Lyndsay was so knowledgeable, kind and thorough in her explanations about everything she was telling us.
